Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tuft Club. Our policies are designed to ensure a fair and creative environment for all our guests.

1. Workshop Bookings & Refunds

• Non-Refundable: All workshop bookings and payments are strictly non-refundable once confirmation is received.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the slot will be considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Notice Period: To reschedule a workshop, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Late Rescheduling Fee: Any change requests made within 24 hours of the event are subject to a SGD $10 administrative fee.

• Validity: Rescheduled slots are subject to availability and must be utilized within 6 months from the original date of purchase.

3. Extensions & Completion of Work

• Additional Time: If you do not complete your tufted work during the allocated workshop time, extensions are available at a rate of $15/hour (subject to studio availability).

• Returning Guests: If you choose to leave and return on another day to finish your project, you must complete it within 6 months of your first visit.

• Abandoned Work: Any workpiece left at the studio for longer than 6 months will be discarded.

4. Custom Rugs & Finished Products

• Handmade Nature: As our rugs are custom-made and involve manual labor, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or minor aesthetic variations.

• Damages: If a finished product is delivered with significant defects, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Lead Times: Standard processing is 2–3 weeks (extending to 4–6 weeks during peak seasons). An expedited 3–4 day processing option is available for $10 per rug.

5. Gift Card Policy

• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Usage: They can be used for a single group or across separate occasions until the value is exhausted.

• Refunds: Gift cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Age & Supervision Requirements

• Minimum Age: Participants must be 16 years or older to tuft independently.

• Supervision: Children aged 12 to 15 may participate but must be under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian.
