Tufting Workshops: Participants must be 16 and above. (or 12 and above, with adult supervision)

Payment

Bookings and payment may be made through our website, via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and PayNow.

Extensions

All tufting workshops (excluding private events) come with a complimentary extra hour extension. For tufted works not completed during the workshop, additional extensions are available at $15/hr, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

For rescheduling, please contact us via WhatsApp for available dates, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Reschedule slots are subject to availability.  

We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation. 

No-shows will be considered as slots used.

Member Policies

1) Member prices are only applicable to members, and first time tufters are subject to original pricing.

2) Extensions to tufting sessions will not be subject to 15% off for members.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are valid 6 months from purchase date.

Slots purchased may be used on separate occasions, or all at once with a group.

Giftcards are non-refundable.

Liability Release & Indemnity

By participanting in these workshops, all participants hereby declare that they are participating on their own free will and volition, and undertake:

a) to absolve, acquit and discharge TuftClub Pte Ltd and its owners, employees or volunteers from all or any responsibility, actions, causes of action, claims, demands and obligations whatsoever arising from any loss or damage (including, without limitation and to the extent permissible by law, physical injury, loss of life or property damage) caused by or sustained as a result of their participation in the workshop; and

b) to indemnify and keep indemnified, save and hold harmless TuftClub Pte Ltd and its officers, servants, employees, agents or volunteers against all losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, and any other liability arising in any way from their participation in the workshop.
